Key Responsibilities
You will be the key link in our delivery chain, responsible for the safe and timely handling of every parcel. Your core duties will include:
- Safely operating the assigned delivery van to collect and deliver parcels, planning efficient daily routes, and obtaining necessary proof of delivery.
- Carefully loading and unloading packages using provided equipment, handling items up to 50 lbs with attention to prevent damage.
- Using a company-issued handheld device for navigation, parcel tracking, and updating delivery status in real-time.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience with every delivery.
- Performing start-of-day vehicle inspections, maintaining the van’s cleanliness, and adhering strictly to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Accurately completing all delivery documentation and submitting required reports at the end of your shift.
- Assisting with any additional tasks as directed by your supervisor to support team operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a responsible and dependable individual with:
- A valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license.
- A strong sense of responsibility, excellent punctuality, and a committed safety-first attitude.
- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow delivery protocols precisely.
- Good physical stamina for loading/unloading and a professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
