Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the crucial link between our service centre and our customers, ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional.
- Safely load, transport, and deliver baby gear between customer locations and our warehouse, adhering strictly to scheduled timeframes.
- Verify all delivery orders for accuracy both before departure and after completion to ensure nothing is missed.
- Plan and follow the most efficient daily routes while fully complying with all traffic and road safety regulations.
- Provide hands-on assistance with child car seat installations for customers when required, following our safety guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service during every pickup and drop-off, representing our brand positively.
- Support the team with other general tasks at the warehouse as needed, contributing to our overall operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and physically active professional who meets these criteria:
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license accompanied by a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience driving a van for commercial purposes.
- Good physical fitness, capable of safely lifting and moving items like car seats and strollers throughout the day.
- Excellent time management skills, inherent reliability, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- A genuine safety-first attitude and keen attention to detail in all tasks.
- Friendly communication skills and a willingness to provide helpful, patient customer service.
- Flexibility to work extended hours on occasion to meet customer needs.
