Key Responsibilities
Your role is central to the smooth execution of both daily operations and high-profile events. Key duties include:
- Serving as a professional chauffeur for Top Management and VIPs, ensuring punctual, safe, and comfortable travel for all business-related engagements, including airport transfers.
- Managing and coordinating temporary drivers for large-scale events such as dealer visits, media launches, and VIP luxury drive showcases.
- Undertaking regional driving assignments, including trips to Malaysia for events, with a focus on maximizing time efficiency for intensive programs.
- Assisting the fleet management team with the transfer, preparation, and upkeep of company vehicles for launches, motorshows, and dealership requirements.
- Maintaining all assigned vehicles in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, refueling (or charging for EVs), cash card top-ups, and scheduling servicing.
- Performing daily operational tasks such as mail collection, driving staff or delivering items for business events, and assisting with physical submissions at the LTA office.
- Meticulously recording overtime details and business-related expenses.
- Adhering strictly to all traffic regulations and performing any other ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who embodies reliability and discretion.
- A valid Class 3 Singapore driving license with an impeccable driving record.
- Substantial prior experience in a similar corporate chauffeur or professional driving role is essential.
- Experience with long-distance driving, including routes to Malaysia, is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
- High levels of personal integrity, professionalism, and the ability to exercise discretion with senior executives and VIPs.
- A strong commitment to vehicle care, maintenance, and presentation.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required by business needs.
