Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be the cornerstone of our kitchen’s long-term success. Your core mission will be to future-proof our operations through people and precision:
- Partner closely with our Head Chef to plan and direct all food preparation, ensuring every dish reflects our commitment to quality and tradition.
- Build clear, effective training and progression pathways for Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and junior team members, fostering the next wave of culinary talent.
- Strengthen service execution during peak hours, calmly identifying and resolving gaps to ensure seamless flow under pressure.
- Design systems and structures that prepare our kitchen for growth, focusing on scalability, team depth, and forward planning.
- Uphold the balance between culinary creativity and consistent execution, ensuring our food evolves without compromising standards.
- Set, communicate, and maintain clear benchmarks for food quality, preparation, and service across the entire kitchen team.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to align service flow, manpower planning, and the overall guest experience.
- Oversee food quality control, ingredient cost management, inventory monitoring, and the highest standards of health and hygiene.

- Outstanding operational and organizational skills, particularly in designing training programs and tightening service execution.
- The ability to think strategically for the long term, creating systems that ensure sustainable growth and stability.
