Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper-Cleaner, you will perform a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards. Your essential duties will include:
- Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, furniture, and metalwork.
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other work areas.
- Washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Emptying wastebaskets and transporting trash to disposal areas.
- Replenishing bathroom supplies and replacing light bulbs.
- Setting up tables and chairs for meetings and events as needed.
- Following all safety and security procedures and using equipment properly.
Qualifications
The success of this role depends on your character and commitment. The requirements are:
- No prior experience or training is necessary.
- Must demonstrate exceptional attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to follow instructions and management direction.
- A commitment to safety and security protocols.
- Bilingual language ability is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- Role may require iOS or Android capability on a personal cell phone for work applications.
