Key Responsibilities
As a Professional House Cleaner, you will be the heart of our service, transforming homes and creating delighted customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing top-to-bottom residential cleaning services, from routine maintenance to deep cleans, following our proven systems.
- Using your meticulous eye for detail to ensure no spot is missed and every home meets our high standards.
- Driving your own insured vehicle to and from assigned homes (mileage reimbursed).
- Working efficiently as part of a small team to complete homes within scheduled timeframes (typically Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Representing our brand with a positive, service-oriented attitude in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
We are looking for future-focused individuals who meet these clear requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must own a dependable, properly insured automobile and have a valid driver’s license for use on the job (with mileage reimbursement).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM or until finished.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, a passion for serving people, and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Experience in home health, hospitality, housekeeping, or similar fields is a plus.
